Vulcanized resin

Phenolic resin for electronic materials and photoresist

Thermally reactive para-alkylphenolic resins are usually used as crosslinkers for natural and synthetic rubbers. Hydroxyl methyl groups should be included in phenolic resins. In actual production, they are mainly used in composite rubbers that require high heat resistance, and for natural rubber, their addition reduces the occurrence of resulfurization in the vulcanization system. The addition of these resins can improve heat resistance, mechanical properties, good insulation properties, and aging resistance of rubber. The company has developed thermally reactive alkylphenolic resins and brominated alkylphenolic products. Among them, brominated alkylphenolic products are mainly used in the manufacture of tires, joints, seals, conveyor belts, food containers, etc. They can be directly added to the rubber during mixing and have excellent resistance to high heat, high pressure, and aging.
