This series of Optical brightening agent (OBA) are applicable to: cotton, nylon, viscose fiber, T/C, T/R, hemp, wool, silk and pulp. This series of Optical brightening agent (OBA) can be dissolved in warm water, acid-alkali resistance, and good compatibility with most dyeing and chemical additives, can be used in a bath dyeing method. Temperature range:60℃ - 120℃
Time:For 15-30 minutes
Recommended dosage:0.3 – 0.8%.

 

III. Notes:                                                                                      

1. Do not use cationic aids. Because it may cause ion conflict with anionic Optical brightening agent (OBA), and produce precipitation phenomenon.

2. Water contains metal ions, such as copper, iron, manganese and zinc, which will affect the whitening effect of the Optical brightening agent (OBA). For secondary aspects, it can be removed with metal ion chelators in advance.
     3. Do not dilute Optical brightening agent (OBA) to direct sunlight.

4. Optical brightening agent (OBA) has good fastness for H2O2, so H2O2 bleaching and fluorescent whitening can be treated in Treatment in the same dyeing bath.

5. Optical brightening agent (OBA) is a fluorescent dye with excellent whitening effect, which is sufficient to show the whitening effect only. Excessive use will reflect the original color light to produce an extinction phenomenon.

6. Optical brightening agent (OBA) is particularly fast, its average dyeing ability and compatibility are particularly good, so it can be dyed at normal temperature bath without additives.

7. If it is used in a dye bath containing sodium chlorite, it will affect the fluorescent whitening effect, so you need to fully remove the chlorine before performing fluorescent whitening.
