It is applicable to the dyeing of cellulose and regenerated cellulose with reactive/direct dyes, and the acid dyeing of protein fibers. After simple treatment, the dye uptake of the fiber can be increased by 40-45%. Greatly save the cost of dyes and reduce the colority of sewage. Because there is no or little salt in reactive dyeing, the salt content of sewage is reduced, which plays a role in energy conservation and consumption reduction. The product is simple to use and can be used in the same bath with the pretreatment.

Ⅴ、Usage method

1、Continuous treatment process

 Semi product rolling working solution (wt-1:15g/l, alkali: 3-4g/l, more than 65% for immersion and rolling) ----- drying (100-110 ℃) --- dyeing

2、Overflow process

Note: Cationic modifier K68 can also be added in batches as colorless dyes to achieve better level dyeing effect.

3、One bath treatment process:

Ⅵ、Matters needing attention

1. Alkali concentration is subject to titration

2. Dyes shall be added in batches during reactive dyeing, and the heating rate shall be slow to avoid excessive dyeing and uneven dyeing

3. No or less salt can be added to the treated fabric

4. The treatment liquid shall be fully and evenly stirred
