（1） Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the preliminary selection and optimization of the process route of the project;

2. Collect and research market information, customer information, and constantly improve the production of products and guidance samples;

3. Be responsible for small test, pilot test; improve production process, develop samples, samples and promote;

4. Be responsible for the supervision of new process optimization production site and the solution of production process technology problems

（2） Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in fine chemical engineering, applied chemistry, applied chemical technology, chemical engineering and process, organic synthesis, catalytic reaction, etc.; independent reference with a certain English foundation;

2. More than 3 years of chemical R & D work experience, positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, hard work, production experience is preferred;

3. Have certain organic synthesis experiment foundation, can master organic conventional reaction method and operation skillfully;

4. Can complete the experiment operation under the guidance, and can record all kinds of phenomena in the experiment process in detail, provide perfect original experiment data;

5. Yanzhou nationality, excellent graduates who have worked in foreign chemical industry for many years and are willing to go home to start a business or major in chemical industry should be preferred.
